I went to start, run slected file and it shows text. I must be a retard lol

You have to rename it first.

this is what i did, I download it and its already called "removeFakeMSI.bat". The I click start go to Run, then select the file and press run, and it opens to show text. I might be doing this wrong?

It's called removeFakeMSI.bat.txt but you can't see the .TXT extension.

Open it up, when it shows the text, click File -> Save As -- and type: removeFakeMSI.bat

Then run that...
