I have been thinking lately about what would be a good unique type of environment or center point for a new map, and it dawned on me ask the community. Since the EiR community is a very active community with more than enough opinions on what makes a good map  Wink, I have a few questions to hopefully assist all the mappers here:

Please try to answer all questions, so the mappers can get a good idea of what the community wants.

1) What is your favorite environment?  (e.x.  Urban, Forest, Industrial, etc....)

2) What is your favorite weather? (e.x. Rain, Snow, day, night, etc.......)

3) Favorite map "state"? (e.x. destroyed, snow, wet, un-damaged, hilly, flat, King of the Hill, River Crossing, etc...)

4) Favorite map size? (Either size like A X B   -or-  name a map with an ideal size) (could list multiples for 2p 4p 6p and 8p maps)

5) Comments: (maybe mention something you would like to see more of in a map or maybe something that hasn't been done yet, any suggestions)

If you can think of any other questions that should be asked, speak up  Smiley .

hopefully I will get a better response here than in the map building fourm area.

1) Rural

2) Snow

3) Un-Damaged

4) 420 x 420

5) The map building forum is dead. I posted a new map, and several updates, and barely anyone noticed it was released. Very annoying. It's called Dawn, look it up.
