hi i am quite new to your community i wanted to point out something iv been playing the Europe in ruins for about 4 weeks and in that time have only got like 7 game i started out as axis witch is what i thought the problem was you have so many axis so i moved to allies and did it help NO!!
it seems some players just don't want to play with you if you new
iv even been asked to leave a game i created sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for enough players only to be told to get out so someone who is better then me can play or a friend of there's and when i don't leave all the players do and just make a new game
i only joined this mod because some of my friend where playing it but now like me they have been driven out buy players scared of losing there vet units or not wanting to risk they might loss a game and only get 1 cp
i could name names but there no point insted id like to thank some who i have played all most all my 7 games with as they don't seem to mind who they play as long as they get a game:

I apologize for the way some of community acts toward new members and applaud your perseverance. Hang in there and thinks will get better (I hope). Once you prove you are a capable player, word spreads pretty fast and you'll have no trouble getting a game.

Ventrilo should NOT be required, stop being that way. They can chat in the launcher and in-game just as well as using Ventrilo to put a comment by their name.

I never really had problems finding games, maybe i'm lucky? On a side note: Have i proven myself yet? ^.^ EDIT: Ventrilo should NOT be required, stop being that way. They can chat in the launcher and in-game just as well as using Ventrilo to put a comment by their name.
I myself don't have a mic (actually it's the soundcard that is my problem) and i managed to get into games pretty easy. It is however, hard to get people to read what you type seeing as how most people run Vent in the background. |

dash is right, the more and more members we get, ventrillo will actually become more of a burden then a helping. you can't expect games to always revolve around that facet.
Sooner or later it will be launcher only, by then hopefully the game will put us into our own room so we can find each other easier though!

Îf a player is unable to respont in chat, i usually give it up after 5 mins. Other than that evrything goes, WHEN i did not lose horrible to a stacker match already.

I don't follow, I'm afraid. Having been raised on the internet forums and games dominated by Americans, I now believe "french" to be a very good insult. the problem with it being a 1st post count with a name no one knows in game serves a problem with credability imho. Until the person who posted this actually uses their account, it could simply be torjado trolling for love!
Not that I don't agree with their intent and message to a degree. But there is nothing a new player can expect from the community in terms of playing WITH them. If I join Vcoh i only play with my friends, I don't join noob pug teams. Why should I be forced to do it here where I have more to lose?
and I DO play games with people I shouldn't all the time....
