Why does it kick me for inactivity when being in the AFK channel on an ordinary wedesnday morning when there's like 10 people on vent? :/

Well, might as well get rid of the AFK channel if they're going to kick AFK people Wink.
How long is the timer?

10 minutes of inactivity gets you kicked, it's because we've had a massive influx of players using the vent server, and every spot taken up by someone in the afk channel is potentially 1 less spot for someone to join the server

Exactly.  The AFK channel is for when you are 'Away from Ventrilo' Wink but still at your PC.  I just hate that I'm having to worry about the server filling up with their being 10 people in AFK.  It affects the admins as well.

This option specifies the number of minutes that a user is allowed to be away from his computer (no mouse, keyboard or game controller activity) before the server will perform the specified action.
