instead of using the  (remember what Rbs are worth system) can u go back to percentages..instead of changing the woth just change the high end cap when they start getting impossible to get..so it creates the same not as much RB significants without the gay remember the random numbers scienarios

Why?
- People were not given the chance to adapt to the new system.

- This issue concerns Resource Bonusses, that they lowered the values overall

- Give all RBs back so people can adapt accordingly.
- Reset all RBs.
