It depends wether you want more DPS (basically damage output) or more lasting power on your tank.

I was looking at On-board Mechanics but T-3 of this su_ks and has it been cut down where its a waste of points to have...

A lot of the armour tree is dissapointing so if you're looking for an amazing T4, you chose the wrong doctrine and maybe even the wrong faction
