You know, a good measure might be to add to existing rules: "...if you are not here to currently play EiR, you should not be in vent", and instruct mods to aggressively enforce it. Its great that we hang out sometimes with no intention of playing, I do it myself, but if its preventing others from joining who would play, or winds up costing FL- more dough-re-me, its not fair to all involved.
