Stuarts T4 (rocket arty) was Very UP, it took two calls to get a flak to 1/2 hp, and they didn't even kill Thtb's 2 vet Ab's which it landed right on top of!

Vet. 3 Leaderboard AB on place 11 and 9 on the leaderboard, in heavy cover (sandbag´s) & full health, at the edge of the arty.

It does less dmg if you call it into the fog of war + my less recived accuracy and so on ;P

For the flak88 - no offmap besides v1 can kill it. (you saw the howi)

*edit. 10&11 ;P

They sure are. My off-map howie directly hit it and got it to about 85% health. Still in shape to be remanned by us =)

The Problem w/ the Flak 88 is basically it crew is so easily killed compared to the gun itself.

88s are resistant to everything, they are a BEAST to kill except with mortars.

check out the FRIENDLYFIRE IS BACK replay if you want to see how much 1 gun can actually take.

I tried using a howitzer but its cooldown is like a goddamn gestation period.

Also, that's not really a problem.  The crew isn't weaker than any other weapon support teams... I bet it's stronger Tongue

Look folks, this isn't about the 88, it's about Rocket Artillery.

It's a Tier four, that's much less powerful than a V1.

I don't quite understand why....

You understand why, its because the Relic patch marginalized your T4.  It may not be possible, or practical to replace that T4 with as significant of a buff as it was, without making Calliopes OP for EiR.

I suppose FL- can make base Calliopes back to the old cooldown, so then the T4 would again be significant...

Be careful what you ask for.  Wink  And remember that in the end, you still have more than what you had without that T4.  And the exact same with it.

I don't think he's talking about Rocket Racks or whatever it's called, the Calliope T4.

Doh!  My bad, Stuart was just discussing the Rocket Racks thing a little while ago in vent...I didn't read this whole thread and jumped to a poor conclusion.  Oopsie daisy!

Slight damage buff to rocket barrage would be nice.

Well done! This is quite amusing...

The funny thing is, I had about 45 CP yesterday, and today I bought all new stuff after giving up Dual Rocket racks + Field Repair (Which By the way, only gives you about 3-5% of health each use, with a total of 2 uses, makes 6-10%, which is worth about 0.25 CP in my opinion), for Next Gen. Vehicles + Pershing Capability.

Seems as though I'm not that good with pershings, and now I need 19 more CP's before I can go back.

No need for dual rocket racks to be honest, the 80 seconds really isn't much Smiley.
I'd rather keep my nerfed on-board mechanics!
(Just for the simple fact that it affects more units than dual rocket racks)
