Control Panel Issues

Hi guys, I'm new at Europe in Ruins. I'm having some problems with the Control Panel. Occasionally some of the links on the control panel don't lead anywhere. Not a single button works at all. This only happens sometimes. Other times, the Control Panel is fine. Can anyone help me?

I've tried both FireFox and IE7. Both take me to completely blank pages.

Wait a second, Baine just helped me out. The problem was fixed by simply logging out, then logging back in. Thanks Baine and others.

This is very strange, you guys seem to be able to login into a alternate universe where you can find the old links somehow. :/
