Time offset fix?

Is there any way to change the time offset on the various timestamps so that it shows your local time?  It is really annoying to try to figure out when events are scheduled to occur when it is in such a random time.

If you use Greasemonkey and download Kronos .4 that I've modified, it will display the server time on the left for every page - and for certain things it tells you the local finish time.
