Dont know if you meant for it to happen but you can cap the territory behind the chatou without holding the town sectors.
IE if you hold the sector just in front of the town, it for some reason lets you cap the sectors behind the chatou.

I'm not sure what you mean. Capturing the secors in front of the town are attached to the chateau, so if you cap the chateau you can also cap those sectors beyond. I'd need a graphical representation to know what you're talking about .

I cant really make a graphical one but ill try and explain it better.
I held the chatou, my team mate held the town area. The enemy was able to drop airborne and cap the sector behind the chatou.
We spawned in from the south forested area.

im guessing this is because the enemy held the small building sector infront of the chateau and maybe the field behind the chateau connects to it some where in the treeline...they share a corner to corner border that is.

That might be it?

It's possible but since I did not really change any sectors in that area in recent patches it might even be an issue that has been there since the very first versions... I will investigate asap .

The hut in the field right of the Chateau doesn't have an impass map and isn't garrisonable.

I don't think it's supposed too, same happens on Semois where the building is used, it's basically a 'dead spot' :/. This is compensated however by another building being on the south side.

Just add some bombing damage to create a hole there.
