I think there needs to be a Tactics sub forum, sorry for polluting the general discussion with so many questions.

What units benefit the most from medkits? And when do you use them? Do you use them when there are still 4 members in the squad to prevent loosing a member, or do you use it as a last resort to keep your squad alive? Is it most useful on a mortar or AT crew since if they are put to 1 member they die? I know it's a must on snipers, and that seems to be the only unit that I give medkits to that makes the most use out of it =P

Generally Vet3 Units that really matter to me and also the Officer.

HMGs are good units to put medkits on if your opponent is trying to flank it with no grenades.

put med kit on officer is waste, officer regen health even with no vet and his regen is much faster than axis vet1, he also gets added health regen on vet 1.

i us med kit on kch, but they are expensive, dont use med kit right in a battle, it wont elp that much, but makes you walking slower, which is sucseptable to grenades
