I ask this question because I am getting around 100-200 ping from people within the same continent, I'm in US btw. Then I get 600-800 ping from europe players which seems like a lot. What is it for you guys? Am I normal?

I'm a US player and generally don't see above 150~ for even international players.

It's possible to get abnormally high ping from someone and still play with them, because COH only checks ping once.  So that high ping could just be an outlier.
