Can somebody explain how does "Joint operation" bonus pop cap work? Is it dependnt on map size or player number? Can it stack if several "joint operation" users are in the same team? when it reaches its maximum ablity (25% bonus)?

Number of players and yes it does stack.

Usually in a 3v3 game with one joint ops player youll start with 28 popcap.  in a 2v2 i think its 26, im not sure what a 4v4 is.  It does stack though so if you have more than 1 joint ops player the added pop is even more.
