The last 2 days i haven't recieved any of the daily CPs awarded at 5 am. None of my companies have recieved them.

Dont know if this is normal or not during this stage of the war, or if its effecting everyone

You only get extra cps if you have less than 2 per day of the war.

i had 1 and i didnt get it, but i usually get them if i dont play games, also ive played like 2 games and got no rbs

rbs are on a scale where they will go below 1.  ie per game played you can actually receive .25 so in essence you will need to play 4 games to gain 1.

if you are currently above 24 cps (today) you will not gain any, the free cps are just a minimum boost for those starting new companies or not playing much.
