This could also be applied to the calliope.  The M8 has 9 popcap, so does the calliope, but the m8 is a front line light attack vehicle, the calli a arty unit, yet that have the same popcap.  This is not right, one is killed in one shot by a pak, and one takes 5 hits from a tank or shrecks.  This cannot be, why anyone use other vehicles in an armor company when calli's are anti everything.
