Allied Armor Fest on Radar Station ... 2 Pershings and god only knows how many Shermans in Action against germans who just had too little AT  Shocked

In a fierce engagement the 4th Armour (Smithy17), 2nd Armour (saint83) and 978th Infantry (0o0Legend) divisions broke through our lines and captured more territory, pushing our 512th Defensive (Terralegion), 23rd Blitzkrieg (DonkeyRadar) and 75th Defensive (Libertine79) divisions aside. Our troops remain optimistic despite the recent losses of territory and men. It is worth noting that the the Allies still hold most of Europe and results like this will only increase their determination.

lol at too little AT comment, correct me if I am wrong.
TerraLeagion retreated 4 double shrek squads in the first 15 mins of the game due to the lack of support on the anti-personel department.
You retreated one double shrek after killing only one halftrack, it's another bad trade off. So I think you have enough AT overall but didn't use them effectively.

Bad AT management is the main problem when I play with newer axis. All over and especially in the beginning. 1 Schreck, if at all, is regarded as enough. 1 Quad and they're in trouble. 1 Croc and they're toast. To have mobility and a hard point at the same time, the best starting AT is either 1Stug, 1Pak and 1Schreck, or 1Pak and 2Fausts. Those are minimum.

Bad AT platoon management is the next thing. Platoons like 2 double schreckers squads or 2 paks are often overkill and just get destroyed by infantry because of lack of support. Better make platoons like 1 double schrecker squad with 1 normal gren squad, or 1 Pak with 1 normal gren squad.

Bring more AT at start and mix you AT platoons better. I've seen too many of these. Lets kill some tanks and get some territories.

i should have rephrased that, in the end too little AT was left. also, the 88 wasnt placed optimal, bit more in the direction of theyre spawn where that opening in the wood parts is would have made it cover the entire right side aswell as the middle. but your allways smarter afterwards.

anyway, was still a fun game
