the only thing missing from the equation is knowing which side of the map they attack/ defend from...

well and who played, but thats beside the point.


Some maps are inherently easier to attack/defend from certain directions. 

There are a lot of maps that seriously need their creators to sit down and rework them in an attempt to make their sectors fit with the style of game we are actually playing.   I find bastions sectors are the thing that makes it balanced.  they are just ruffly bigger then the screen on normal zoom out mode, meaning you can't hide in its corners. And beyond the triangle part of the city, the sectors themselfs ignore the actual geography of the map, WHICH NEEDS TO HAPPEN.  i'm sorry if you like flowing lines along your roads, they mess up gameplay on the map control level more then help them.   


Lolto's sectors should be the norm, we tested out ST WINN with the same sector type and it worked really well because of it as well..

Though you do have to tie it somewhat to the geography or else the sectors may be unbalanced gameplay-wise.

I really just want to see if Dawn is balanced. From my standpoint, it is. I've had players starting from both sides complaining about how stacked the other is, so it appears balanced. I just need to see the final score before I decide to finalize or not.
