Battle 6619, Missing troops.

I am missing an M10 that was on feild at the end of the battle, one Airborne squad and an MG squad.
Is this a constant bug?

One other thing, how the hell are battles proccessed these days, my partner dropped but we were winning the whle battle on territtory and the axis players both retreated and dropped, it said I won but counted as a loss
