Perhaps, but this celebration in suicide has a large effect on depressed youths and otherwise. Influencing someone into what could very well be a mistake just because you are one step away from a cam-whore is no good.

How selfish are the people that refuse to let another do what they feel is needed to cease the pain of their existance? Yes they could get help, but I've known people on meds, and they are not themselves anymore. Who would want to go through life knowing they are not themselves. |

Cause clearly one's own perspective on life is never, ever skewed when in a temporary depression slump. Puh-lease. I wouldn't mind "not being myself" when "myself" consisted of being chemically imbalanced due to...say, a physical illness. And if it's not due to an illness you can get help via therapy. It doesn't always work, but helping a person gain perspective on their current situation can work wonders, I know. Have you even READ her reason? I feel life has no greater purpose. We have no great war in our generation, no great depression, our great war is a war of the spirit, and our great depression is our lives. So, if I feel like saying "fuck it all", why can't I?
In this ‘last days’ diary of mine, you can read all about how I end my life in style, for example: you’ll find me quoting movies like Se7en and Fight Club and posting videos of which dress I might wear when I’ll do the deed. This way, I hope to set some standards for the internet suicide culture. Pained existence? Hardly. Sounds more like "tortured artist" with a large dose of "attention whore." Nuff said. |

First off let me state that there is a difference between terminally ill suffering and putting a gun in your mouth because your girlfriend dumped you and the bills are due. Also people who have actual MEDICAL disorders cant be held as responsible for what they do. Secondly if you can't see why it is selfish to hurt everyone who has ever cared about you and cause undue suffering emotionally and financially to them, I really am at a loss for words. |

If you check on one of the side links you'll see she isn't serious and it's to gain attention for internet related suicides apparently. I think suicide is wrong though, it's never the answer. Any problem can be overcome.
