Problem Playing

I can go on the launcher and join a game. Then it launches the game, goes through the intro movies, and then just dumps to desktop for no reason?!?

What version of CoH do i need for this exactly?

You need the latest patch version to play. COH/OF is the same game. The only difference is if you have licenses for the other factions.
