help every game i try to play greys out

  can anyone help me with this problem? I have the maps to them I downloaded the battle files to them and then when i get to the room its grayed out

are you loading through the launcher?

are the maps in the programfiles/thq/companyofheroes/europeinruins/archives folder?



basically you are either not loading EIR through the launcher, or your maps are in the wrong place.. hmm

Steps to identify the problem:

1. Go in game and go to the list of multiplayer games.  Are there lots of white games and a greyed out EiR game?  If yes, you are not loading EiR.  Make sure you are using the launcher.

2. You only see EiR games, but they are greyed out.  Can you join stock map games?  If yes, you don't have the map.  Redownload tha map and verify that it is in your Company of Heroes\EuropeinRuins\Archives directory.  Restart EiR through the launcher.

3. You have the maps or cannot join stock games?  If yes, something is wrong with EiR.  Try deleting the EIR folder and relaunching the launcher to redownload the files.
