***** Was just wondering when the next campaign is going to start? I got three of my group to try it last night and they all raved about it. I'm hoping to suck in a few more soon.
We are currently discussing how we want to play it (inter-group or all of us on one side pushing hard in the campaign). Thus, we are all interested on when the next fresh campaign starts. Thanks.

p.s. quick question, I know that captured enemy equipment does not carry over, but what about captured allied equipment. Last night I ended the game with a rifle squad taking over a 57mm. I'm pretty sure I had a 57mm in my unassigned section when I went to resupply. So is the reason I got that weapon is because I recrewed it?

Next war starts when either side looses all their territory. Hopefully next war is also 2.0

Yes you did get it because of that, you can just delete it out of your units if you don't want it though. And about the campaign, it will either start over when one side looses or wins the war or possibly when 2.0 comes out.

Campaign will end when one side loses
As far as recrewed weapons go, yes - this is true of your own sides weapons. If you recrew and it lives then it will appear, with experiance gained during and after the battle, in your unassigned when you go to rebuild
However, you can't capture a schrek with a rifle squad and have them keep it for the next round, similarly if you capture a Pak gun as allies, it will turn into a 57

You get to keep gear from the same faction if you manage to get it off field or it survives when you win but not if you lose afaik. (in the case of a Howie/Flak88)
I'm not 100% sure, but I think if you get an MG or Mortar, it defaults to your own sides gear and you can keep that. (I took a German mortar and at the end it was an allied one).
I've had a Howie that I re-manned from a team mates and was able to put it in my force for the next match, you do still have to pay for it though. Strangely it said it had vet 2, but it built as vet 1, still nice to have it though.

***** Thanks. Does that mean you can get a howie and not be infantry? or will it stop you from getting doctrine specific gear if you aren't allowed it?

A big things is out star players as allies from last war havn't really been on. Our new commanders have been shouldering most of the burden against seasoned axis players.
