Update error

So I just downloaded the Mod and installed it and the map packs. My friend told me to launch the launcher (he was showing me how to play this) and I did. So it says "You have 2 missing or outdated files." and I click Yes to download them. It gives me an Error saying they couldn't be downloaded (Error 13). I reinstalled the mod a few times and it won't work. I'm using Vista btw, apparently that will make a difference. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you followed the instructions in the "VISTA USERS" sticky in this forum?

I would start there and see if it solves the issue. If not, please let us know and we'll try to troubleshoot.
