I'm really close to my T4, and i'm wondering. What's better?
Omniscience v Rocket Artillery
I mean, off map arty would be really nice.
But 40% Sight range AND double stealth?
That's hot.

Rocket artillery is very iffy, only go for it if you prefer big explosions to something useful. Omniscience is one of the best T4s in the game, it gives you incredible LOS and is arguably even better than the rocket T4 if you like nebels and walking stukas.

40% sight range and stealth detection radius. Basically, everything becomes a motorcycle, and motorcycles become mobile MI uses.

Just keep in mind it doesn't directly increase your combat ability, but yeah it is more then made up by the fact that you can see them first and you can bring up the appropriate counter before they arrive.

And allows MGs to fire earlier.
And allows snipers to fire at maximum range.
And allows mortars to find targets and fire with a minimal of delay between barrages and avoid counter battery fire.
And allows PAK guns to fire at maximum range.
Did I miss anything else? ^.^

It allows you to use one bike to get LOS for you and all your teammates. Its like a mobile military intel.

It's not exactly the most appealing T4 choice simply because it's very team-orientated. You don't get to 'pwn shit' like with other T4s.
