I can understand the 5 min rule, fair enough, but that last game our opponents vote kicked two allies in a 3v3 at the 8 min mark.

That can't be allowed, else all you have to do is wait till a vote kick comes up past the 5 min mark and vote your way to victory. Surely there is a rule forbidding voting, else the 5 min rule is deeply flawed.

because all of a sudden we have an influx of people joining our community and the views towards votekick in vcoh are different to those of EIR and people dont realise it yet.

I don't bother vote kicking unless everyone else agrees to.

Votekicking is bad, I'd rather sort it out with my opponents and have the game abandoned... especially if it's only 8 minutes in.
