Well, read the thread title, it seems that every game I join in the Launcher, is gray in CoH, and I am running the -dev fix for 2.300, yes I made sure I had the correct map in, but it is always gray, so, any help, please

Use the launcher to form games, the launcher automatically launches the correct version of the game (as in, with the modifications parameters), when the everyone readies up.  And get Ventrilo.  It helps.

You do not need to use the dev fix.  EIR requires the original EXE.

Probably, because you would be running the game in 'dev' mode, and EIR does not run in dev mode.
