Ok, I have tier 4 airborne elite, tier three supply drop, and tier 2 strafing run.

I want to get advanced strafing run for my second tier 3 but it won't let me select it... likewise when I select tier 1 raid fortification I cannot select tier two Aerial Advantage... I have a total of 16 CP to use but I cannot use any of them except for my tier 1 raid fortification...

Anyone know whats going on?

You must've realized at some point that if you have a tier 4, you have at least one of all of those...
