I like GTA games and I hope they keep making them after this one but since I have a PC I'm more or less looking up to Mafia 2 which should come out next year.

i will take both gt4 and mafia2. But i think i will play gt4 this summer, when i will have a long holiday with all my friend and we can start the white&nerdy party  I really enjoyed gta: sant andreas (but no so mutch vice city) And as an italian (we are all mafia ) i really founded mafia cool. Oh i will play them on xbox360 |

I for one think GTA4 looks amazing, sure it's not as good as some FPs' but those FPS' also don't offer a huge world in which you can roam free with impressive psychics all over the place.

Correct. I prefer, I dunno, UT3 over HOI2. If HOI3 had real good GFX, then I'd buy it! GTA4 looks impressive. It's just the fact that the edges are so noticeable on street curves and other parts you'd expect to see round irl, ground textures suck, etc. I think I'm just nitpicking here now. |

Edit: Actually I'm pretty sure you've compared two games that are the MOST different...ever.

Went over to gamestop and grabbed my copy. I figured since I had never done the midnight release thing that it would be an easy thing.... How wrong I was. Maybe its because this is a college town but there were HUNDREDS of people waiting outside the door. Thankfully it moved quickly and I got my copy before it started raining again. My girlfriend, in her infinite love for me, rode over with me and then promptly confiscated my copy, as I "need to finish my studying for my exam."..... so no gaming for me till tomorrow evening  . |

hmm, i just read an article about GTA 4.
Best Rated Computer Game of all Time(Scores 99 and 100...).
ah well, gonna hop to the store in the afternoon and hope it aint sold out yet. but the again, girlfriend is sick so i cant play an awful lot anyway.
