actually there is, its not done yet though...
we were going to do it over last weekend, but firstly had a hard time finding a suitable replay, and secondly kept missing each other.
I think I found a good replay, just waiting to find stumpster online when we both have time and a quiet background to do it ..

anyone have replay submisions? We want to keep doing custom EiR maps, Argentan was going to be the next one was it is a very beautiful map, just looking for a good replay.

But seriously, even with the various problems plaguing it, it's a very fun map if you're playing against challenging enemies.

I've only tried it once, defending the town seemed too easy since theres that big open area in front of the houses. IDK, the axis opponents must have felt similar since one of them rage quitted half way through and we couoldn't finish the game.

hmm let me think. It was myself, slowzo and someone else.... a tier 4 arty player maybe. We were against a guy who's named began with cher playing blitz, another guy who had a fair bit of vet and i think was defensive and i believe yourself. I could be thinking of another map though. And technically you didn't lose since it was desynched.

Might I add, Unkown, that almost everyone and their mother has played Abbeville.
I haven't played St. Winn yet, but same for Crossroads as Abbeville.
Whereas from my knowledge only a hanful of people excluding you have played Argentan. I know, seniority has its perks, but I want people to play Argentan.
It's all a moot point, regardless. I need to fix bugs currently on the map, release should be by the end of the weekened, if not shorter.

Yeah lol, it has nothing to do with seniority... it has to do with abbeville being mostly balanced where argentan is still an early beta and needs work to make it fair and functional.

Vid casts are mainly to get people to play the mod as far as I'm concerned, that's why it's better using finalised maps.
