Well... Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is what you need..
It will take place during  Operation Market Garden... You will fight in Eindhoven, Nuenen, Son en Breugel etc.

Italy and Arnhem have been done before.

Italy in CoD2/3 can't remember, and Arnhem in one of the MoHs.

Italy was done in "MoH:AA Breakthrough" you get to shoot Italians that don't surrender after seeing you in Italy.

Treyarch still has the reputation of making bad knockoff CoD games, though.  So I'm not sure if it will be good.

I would rather not talk about that... And its MoH: Frontline...

My problem is you play as an American racking up all of the kills... I detest stolen glory, especially in battles like Arnhem and Stalingrad (Commandos 3 tried that one, it was almost sickening to think what was going through the developers mind, probably "Where is the most exotic place to have missions, I know! Stalingrad, lets rip the glory of the Russians and have a few Brits and Yanks run around winning the battle) Yea... Right.

... Really now. Are you like going to say this about every WW2 FPS game maker? Because that's what CoD is. Not entirely sure how you can make a bad knockoff of a genre.

... If you couldn't figure it out, I said CoD.  Not WW2 games.  Infinity Ward is generally considered the 'real' Call of Duty developer.  Treyarch just makes the filler CoD games while IW spends 3-4 years making the next one.  I'm not saying they make bad games, just that they're quality is less than IW's work.  Read the post and make sure you understand what someone is saying before you jump to conclusions.

I'm hoping they do another modern or near modern one actually. Perhaps from a guerrilla fighters view. Perhaps something with a less black and white view on who is good and bad.

Though I doubt that will ever happen.

Italy was also done in the Call of Duty expansion, United Offensive (which kinda... sucked, by the way...).

That aside, I really liked MoH: Pacific Assault, it's something different than the usual European theaters. I for one would really like to try this game out!

I think the game was Medal of Honor Rising Sun, which told the story of the Pacific, I found that gameplay to be fun and fast paced and plus what is not fun about a MG on an Elephant?

COD:UO is my favorite first person shooter...if only it had updated cod2 graphics and cod4 like kits...than it would be awesome...the tank ocmbat lacked though...all tanks were the same...satchal charges, binoc bashing, and flamethrowers were awesome though...

They've tried that before(like the enemy side, not guerillas) but it didn't work out to well....

No there is a PC game called Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault which is IMHO is much better then MOH: Rising Sun. Through most of the Single player game you have an actual medic in your squad that can heal you. Also in mutiplayer it also has a class based system.

Not Italy, it was one series of missions in and around Syracuse as British Commandos raiding a coastal gun battery, eventually escaping by an armed boat which was rather retarded.. I did like UO, even though it was a little queer having to two shot someone with a rifle just to kill him wile he can spray you with his MP40/Thompson/Sten. The single player missions where good but it does not stand the test of time like vCoD does.

I liked Moh:Airborne though it sucked to have to 3shot some 5shot a guy with a Garand. That one dude with the Mg42 in full black takes like 15-20 shots with a Garand at chest lvl. About5-6 headshots. Man that was annoying but fun Smiley
