ok, my sister has got one of these old ass computers and it runs slow as shit! we dont have any CD's for like windows, i really want to system restore it any ideas its a fujitsu siemens XP home i think I JUST WANT IT FIXED WAAAAH! its driving me insane as she threatens to pull the broadband while i'm ingame: evil slut!

Yeah I did that... And then I found out the link to it was still selected in the other screen, so... it opened 15 new ones! LOL

As for your problem, you could try Crap Cleaner. It allows you to clean up loooots of crap from the system, and gives a list of everything that will get started up when you start the PC. Disable all the useless or spammy things she won't need there, should help a lot as well. Make a System Restore point before you do tho, because if you don't know what you are doing, it's easy to fail .
