Cant find game in list

I have gone through ventrillo, joined a game and said yes to all the questions, and when coh starts up, I select multiplayer. However, I get a long list of games to join and not the one that the others have logged in to. I think that I have started up correctly, and have gone throught the launcher. Please can someone tell me where I am going wrong?

Are the games in the list greyed out?

I managed to get some coaching from the other players, but I am getting a NAT error. Any ideas?

Yea im getting a problem with my game i tryed to join a game through the launcher and i clicked yes and it logs me in to coh and online but all the games are greyed out and i cant play. but when connect throught coh by itself the normal games are white and the mods are greyed.
