ive tried to run the ventrilo but my explorer says that it doesnt know how to run that protocol

I assume you mean you clicked the "ventrilo" link below "War Control Panel."

Do you have ventrilo installed? http://www.ventrilo.com/download.php

If no, install it, it should work.

If yes, manually copy "v10.hostventrilo.com" port "4186" into your server in Ventrilo.  Use the password in the war control panel.
