Sorry, I was working then not online yesterday. Can you post the link to the .sga you made? I will take a look at it. It could be an issue of the map not being in the right spot.

OKay easy fix. Inside "4p_Vengeance.sga" you packed the following:
scenarios\mp\desktop.ini <---This is unescessary and can be excluded scenarios\mp\vengeance.sga <---This is your problem scenarios\mp\loading\vengeance.tga
You packed a .sga inside a .sga. Remake your 4p_Vengeance.sga but pack your actual sgb and associated files inside.
This is the contents of "vengeance.sga" (found inside "4p_Vengeance.sga):
scenarios\mp\vengeance.info scenarios\mp\vengeance.sgb scenarios\mp\vengeance_id.scar scenarios\mp\vengeance_mm.tga scenarios\mp\vengeance_tml.tga
Those files should go in 4p_Vengeance.sga directly. You don't need to generate an SGA using worldbuilder.
Instead just make a folder on your desktop called "map" and inside it make "scenarios" folder and inside put an "mp" folder. Inside the "mp" folder, copy your map files and the "loading" folder with your loading screen. Then use the SGA packer utility in Corsix tools to pack the "map" folder into 4p_Vengeance.sga. Viola! Should work.
Let me know if you have any questions.

You shouldn't have to extract anything. Go find wherever you save your map (in .sgb form) and take the files you need from there.

Weird I never saw that blue box when we played. Overall it is a pretty good map.
