Ditto. That's just wrong. I need surround sound and a big screen to watch the epicness of BoB!

I'm not flaming you, I was just worried that via youtube was the only way you'd seen it.

I also have a nice 52 inch flat screen with booming surround sound, however.
Down on cash? This would be great, I wish I had this when I was younger.

I just bought the DVD pack; watched it on a normal TV. Doesn't cost that much.

BoB was ok before every game went out of their way to mention the 101st Airborne. Also, how many of the actors where really American in that series? A max of 10 I would say, it makes it hard to watch when a pure cockney is trying to put on a yank accent. Almost as hard as trying to watch Brad Pitt do a Pikey accent.

i think a lot of them did well with the accents... all though I am English and i don't have anything to compare them too... was it done by a British or American company? i think it was HBO...

*shrug* I'm American and didn't really give a passing thought to their accents. Sounded believable enough that I didn't notice anything otherwise.

I think it was half and half brit and yank actors. IIRC it was a joint project between HBO and the BBC but mainly fronted by HBO i think.

Need to finish the last 2 episodes. I think I left off on the episode where LT Winters told higher command a lie or sumthin so that they could leave the city they were in.

BBC did not get a mention in the credits. If they where involved, it would most likely be in the recruitment, Marc Warren (Plays Blithe, the PION suffering tit who only appears in 'Carentan') did mention he was recruited by the BBC for his role in Green Street. To add to the nuisance of Band of Brothers is its title, its stolen from a William Shakespeare play about Henry V before the Battle of Agincourt...

Who gives a fuck that they used a title from William Shakespeare? The series was very entertaining to watch.
