Our 920th Terror (FanaticOppositionTLS) and 758th Terror (UnLimiTeDTLS) divisions beat back the 152nd Armour (ButcherTLS) and 408th Infantry (TharulermeTLS) divisions in a vicious skirmish. Many of the recent Allied assaults have been stopped dead in their tracks. Allied morale is beginning to wane and rumors of an Axis counter-attack are circulating widely.

Allies                                    Axis

1st Infantry                       1. Waffen SS
ButcherTLS                          FanaticOppositionTLS
TharulermeTLS     fighting      UnLimiTeDTLS

The battle was fought on Vierville.

Battle#16432

It was an awesome game, with the clash in the middle that's typical for the Meeting engagements of TLS.
Battles were going back and forth in the middle of the map.

Detailed description:
At start the axis managed to kill and press back the allied attack in the middle while they horribly failed on the southeast.
Both sides dug in, and the speed was to be maintained by Tank rushes that started to take place every several minutes to break the enemies defensive line.
When axis brought up a King Tiger, Allies switched their tactics from attacking to backcapping with gigantic rifleblobs, up to the point where axis didn't even own their own spawnsectors, while supressing axis forces in the center with support weapons.
Eventually axis managed to break free, but there was no time to catch breath.

-- Will the Allies win through map control?
-- Or will the superior Axis forces manage to engage the Allies in the city outskirts?

Things you gotta watch:

  • Blob Fights
  • Suspense until the end
  • Massacres of every kind
  • Awesome backcapping

Key words:
Blob
Massacre
Backcapping

Great game, but it's just a bit too long to get shoutcasted.  However, excellent use of Quads, Inspired Assault, and blobs.  Tongue
