It's not that amazing since veterancy itself got nerfed pretty big too.

It's not overpowered, but it's really retarded. If you have a dedicated player with that ability, they will fill the entire unit leaderboard up with their units and cover over everyone's accomplishments.

Superior Soldiers allow your units to gain vet at 160% speed. This allows you to get vet relatively quickly and if used by a dedicated player, they will fill the entire unit leaderboard with their units effectively blocking out other people's high vet units. Fortunately, not that many people go for it.

60% exp gain rate means you're actually going slower. I'm calculating the fact that you get 100% normal exp gain + 60% from the doctrine ability which adds up to 160%. 1.00 + .60 = 1.60 exp rate.

If I had said 60% speed, it would mean the doctrine ability actually lowers the rate in which your troops gain vet.
