Extra Training is broke, bought this for my company and it did not give me vet 1 for all my troops.  Unless something was changed it (in the past) automatically gave all troops vet 1, could you look into that please.

Also your vet level requirements (for units that have them) are not displaying.

It only gives newly purchased units Vet1.  So if you had units prior to purchasing, they do not get Vet1.

Now it doesn't. Retarded though it may be, just re-buy the units that have less than vet 1, annoying but easier than changing the coding

I remeber having it 3 wars ago or so, back then it gave everything vet 1 besides my schrecked grenadiers.
