Sounds reliable, from the number it should be able to, but don't expect high details or DX10. Should be possible no worries.

My laptop is on a geforce 7000M/nforce 610M, by no means a gaming card (2.5 on vista scale) and it runs COH like a charm with 3 gigs. I just set it at 128 mb in the BIOS. The whole lappy was 400 and i upgraded the RAM by 2 gigs, so anything of that price range should have an equivalent card.

That graphics card is exactly what I have, and you can run vCoH no problem on Medium. You can manage High in a 2v2, but probably not anything better than that.
Oh, and this is in relation to the Radeon HD 3650. Not sure about the others.

Step out of the way. He'll keep going until he hits a wall, that being Akranadas. Let him go unmolested, his journey will take less time.

To be honest, integrated, low-end, and laptop cards are not really suited for gaming in my opinion. Hell, i've been managing to run (although on low detail) vCoH with a 6200A.

If in lithuania you can get a 9600 GT laptop for around 1500 euros... I'm not sure how you can't get something like that for around 1200 euros outside of here.

I guess it depends what you want your laptop to do, if you just want gaming then I would seriously just go for a Desktop PC over a laptop. If it's more for mobile computer use, movies, chatting and gaming every now and then I would go for a Laptop.

I'll be getting a laptop soon too, and I'd like to be able to play COH on it, but nothing serious. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey! I'll come over with some kid of fish, and place it under your lawn, and you'll be very confused as to where the fish is.
Or I could throw an angry cat at your face.
