Youtube Copyright issues

Hey there guys,
I need your help. I have several CoH videos on youtube with music from Billy Talent (don't know why, but i like him :p) and now i keep getting Warnings for using copyrighted music.

The thing is, i bought the music, i got it legally, so am I not allowed to use it? I think there is some fucker going around, flagging all my videos for fun.

Do you guys know anything more? I don't wanna have to remove the videos or mute them, that would suck.

If you're warned, just remove it.
If you're not warned, keep it there.

You could try rehosting the video so they can't find it if you want to be icky with the law. youtube doesn't care so much, just the music house.

Isnt music like movies, except you get that boring screen saying only you allowed to watch and you cant skip it Sad

You'd have to buy a special version allowing you to use it publicly, some shit like that. Id just keep hosting it, what they guna do? Rush your house with SWAT?

When you buy a game, a movie, or a piece of music, you are entitled to PRIVATE USE ONLY.
That means, you are not allowed to redistribute it, even for free, on the internet, give copies to your friends etc. etc.
You are allowed to lend the original DVD/CD/ETC. you bought to another person, or re-sell it.
But legally, you are NOT allowed to put ANYTHING on the web, even if you have bought it.
Who cares tho.
