I usually never touch my RBs until game 15-20. It's an annoying habit that I can't stop myself from doing. I can still remain competitive though I usually get outattritioned first, althrough not that much behind the next player.

its due to the rbs counting themselves when spent, not when earned.

if he doesn't spend them for the first 20 battles in essence he would have gained more then if he had.

or it was anyways.
