Fatal Scar Error

Guys, i need help, please, when ever i try to connect, i get a fatal scar error. Can you help me?

Could you open your console and take a screenshot when the scar error occurs?

I had this problem, if you run on Vista, right-click the EiR Launcher and select "Run as Administrator". Fixed my problem right up for me.
