i have some problem with teamspeak and IRC chat

the problems i have encounter are:
1)when i'm in the teamspeak  ???there's nobody in the channels??? (i don't know how to use it and i probably miss something important)

2)I try to connect the IRC chat program but it not would wire and it show this : Unable to connect : java.net.ConnectException : Connection refused: connect .

and i have 2 more question to tell:
-there is a way to play with other player without the use of IRC or Teamspeak ? (like ranked game in the normal COH where you fight with a random player) because I don't know anybody who play with yet.

-i can't find the "dieppe" channel, I try to find it plus in relic online and in the IRC (when it was working)

its ok, the reason no body is in the chanel is becuse atm no body is playing, we are all waiting for the 1.7 version to come out.

i dont know about the irc but the deippe chanell has been taken away for some reason..
