Indeed.  I have already signed up, and awaiting the doom!

You can go to the BTGN website and sign up.  Basically, all you need to do is have a valid BTGN forum profile and Relic Online account.

Then you email it to the guy, and he puts you in the bracket.

Also, there are pro and noob brackets.  Pro for people rank 7 and above, and noob for everyone else.  Make sure you sign up to the right one.
