It's hard to beat off america as PE, but G43s with inteligence use of slow work quite well, get the defensive ops upgrade and incendiaries ASAP, supported by an IHT as well. Then get a LATHT, and you're set to counter greyhounds, as well as rifles. Go Luftwaffe, seriously - FG42s rape rangers.
vs brits, as I said, buy no more than 2 PZgrens at the start, rush fuel, ignore muni, strat points only to connect your fuel. Must have AC real fucking fast, second one out to induce more rape, marder comes in to finish off the HQs.
