i've found PIATs to be suprisingly effective when loaded into a bren carrier, creating an indirect fire clown car of lolpwnage

No, vanilla Sappers can use Mines in vCoH, so as soon as we can we're getting them purchasable here.

One advantage PIATs get that people like to ignore is that they have a fair chance of arcing over the target and getting rear armor hits from the front. That's almost worth their piddly accuracy :p

A group of PIATs will kill infantry quite effectively also, and yes they dmg tanks effectively, you just need to get a little closer. also having that LT nearby helps when he boosts the accuracy 30-50%

PIATS have exactly the same accuracy against enemy infantry as every other handheld AT weapon out there.
Looking at COH-Stats, I can't see any differences between splash dmgs of the PIAT vs. the other handheld weapons, either.

Still they are rather good vs heavy tanks, even with skirts as they like to land ontop. Oh and 17pdr rock ass. If they are in the right spot they can easily deny the area with some support. Think of it as a 88. And then think of 3 or more 88s all over the place.

from playing with a couple brit players, a good 4 sapper with piat call in can desimate tanks and be a great area denial vs tanks + since there's multi repair, you can field a tank for anti inf and be pretty good.
like people have been saying...the brits and pe play way differently in eir than in standard coh, so you must l2p w/ them. Ditto amer and wehr factions in eir vs vcoh. Just gotta get new stategies.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Is it intentional for Commando grenades to share the same timer as the smokes? 500 Second cooldown on frag grenades after using smokes is silly.

No, sorry. That wasn't intended. Will be fixed in the next version.

500 secs cooldown for the smokes seems a bit much in my experience, would it be possible to make it 400? thats still 100 more than fireup, and is more or less the same except for the slow down, but does not last as long.

Victor, you had something like 8 sappers at once and blobbed them using it as an impromtu artillery strike I have a priest, why do I need impromptu arty? I just worry about my FOO. Not having it makes it VERY hard for RCA to break any strongpoints, is this something that can be looked at soon? Please? My poor men are enjoying the brens, but paying with their lives. Good way to vet my LTs, though...

would it be possible to reduce the pop cap officers take up? i find it difficult to have useful call-ins with Lt's, otherwise Tommies are a lot less competative
