Ok, I have no idea if this would actually work, but I just had a crazy thought.  For the axis in a vCoH game of size 2v2 or larger, there may be a way to massively boost munitions income.

To make this work, you would have to have 1 PE and 1 wehr player.  To start, you would sacrifice a bike or kettenkrad by shooting it with one of your own tanks or schrecks.  Once it is a wreck, have pioneers from the wehr player salvage it down to almost no health.  Then have the PE use a bergetiger to heal the wreck to almost full health.  Then salvage it again.  Repeat as desired.  I don't know what the exact numbers are, but doing this would easily give the wehr player the equivalent of a couple of medium munitions points' worth of extra income, and it would be a very justifiable use of a bergetiger, particularly if there are no other vehicles to recover.  In fact, assuming the pio salvage and bergetiger repair rates are similar, you could wreck two bikes/kettenkräder and have the pios constantly alternating salvaging one and the bergetiger constantly alternatingly repairing the other.  Once you have enough munitions, you could even fully repair the bikes/kettenkräder and have just as many units as you started with.

The only downside I can think of is that you would have to be careful to never salvage the killed units to the point that the wreck breaks down.  This may require quite a bit of micromanagement in practice, particularly if you are fighting elsewhere.  Repairing the killed units back to life with the bergetiger would not be such a big deal, since you could just kill them again, though.

This strategy could be quite viable if, say, the wehr player needed just a bit more munitions for a v1, stuka zu fuß, or other weapon to break a stalemate or push an enemy back.  Or if you have very good micromanagement and want extra munitions.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

you arent the only one who had thought about that.

However my idea was better in a campy Scheldt map once with one Scorched earth player in it...

How cool is 5 Hummels? XD

About that salvage Wreck thing, I do use it when possible, however it taeks lot of time and only can be done in a campy map

Because a forum post should be like a woman's skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.

Another cheap trick. Build medic bunker, build mortar and put volks nearby the bunker, mortar your troops while reinforcing them and you get your zombie gren horde.
