Found a really good price if this type of ram can go in your computer. I got it myself over a year ago for about $60, and now it's $29.99

Runs great, I'm thinking of buying another set and pushing my ram up to 4 gb, even though i can't use it all, who cares...

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Much better deal for an extremely reliable set of ram.

Scyntos it's not worth paying over 40 bucks more for like 1-2% more performance.

It's not 40 bucks more.. it's 22 dollars more. and 1066 @ 4gb is a lot more than 2gb @ 800.

How much RAM do you guys recommend for COH?  What type seems most reliable?  And is it worth upgrading over 1 gb of RAM if you have a single core CPU of less than 2.5 gb?

2-4 GB of RAM is a good amount for most applications, including CoH. I'd recommend the 4 if you're on Vista and at least 2 if you're on XP although 4 doesn't hurt.

I'd also recommend buying in matched pairs for dual channel stability reasons, which is why I recommend 2 GB (2x1 GB) or 4 GB (2x2 GB). RAM speed doesn't really matter that much in terms of gaming performance.

Yeah thats nice but winxp can't use more than what, 3.2 gb of ram? So if you're just trying to add onto thte ram you've got, what i suggested is a better deal, now if you're building a computer, then i'd def recommend what you suggested.
