pak38, recrewed by PE inf, can not cloak

there is a bug with the pak38 that can not cloak when recrewed by PE
since PE can get defensive reinforcements, with pak38 included, it makes no sense that they cannot cloak after recrewing

even brits seems to be able to cloak captured pak38

Only wehr is able to cloak paks.

i've noticed brits do seem to cloak paks but not really good though, i think only the crew or the gun cloaks lol.

but yeah, basically, this is no bug.

The Brits partially cloaking is a bug. Only WM can cloak a recrewed PaK.
